that is the problem. i've never been allowed to use it in my household and i don't respond to people who use it. when my white boss uses it, it's clear he's just trying to get a reaction out of me. i give him the worst side eye and cold shrug when he uses it as a joke - b/c i'm black and ofc all black people say nigga. used to get offended/tell him to stop, but he's my boss and i can't really do anything so i chose to act like it wasn't worth the fucking time.
