Jennifer Aniston Joins Raunchy R-Rated Flick & Justin Theroux Project



Jennifer Aniston is circling We’re The Millers, the New Line comedy about a pot dealer who pulls together a fake wife and two kids to pose as an RV road-tripping family so that he can smuggle 1000 pounds of pot cross country. Dodgeball‘s Rawson Thurber is directing. Aniston is in talks to play the fake wife, who’s actually a hooker. Her Horrible Bosses costar Jason Sudeikis is eyeing the role of the family matriarch (he’s the pot smuggler). The kids are juvenile delinquents. The raunchy comedy, described as a “warped Vacation,” has a script by Wedding Crashers scribes Bob Fisher & Steve Faber, and the film’s produced by David Heyman, Happy Walters, Vince Newman and Tucker Tooley, with Benderspink exec producing. Aniston is coming off Wanderlust, and she’s repped by CAA and Brillstein Entertainment Partners.

She is separately attached to star in an an untitled comic heist thriller written and to be directed by Justin Theroux. Aniston, Theroux and Jerry Weintraub are producers. Aniston and Theroux became a couple after they worked together on Wanderlust.

i'm glad she's been taking so many R-rated film roles lately. between these two movies and the other two she joined she's been changing it up a little. also, all these film projects should put those pregnancy rumours to rest.

She was the best part of Horrible Bosses. She's a really funny woman, just never really picks the best material, but I think she will do well with all those R-rated comedies.

wanderlust was horrible and bombed..hard.this will be only a hit if it has a solid cast, we all know she cant carry a movie.

I know everyone hates him, but I think later seasons Ross is the best. One of my favorite episodes is "The One Where Ross Is Fine."

I love Ross too....when he wasn't pining/mooning over or being possessive of Rachel. They were terrible together.

Phoebe and Ross were clearly the best. Chandler was a dinkus.

And same. I will watch anything Aniston does because of how much I loved her as Rachel.

I liked Friends....but I found Rachel just as whingy and annoying as Ross

Sad that it just shows what a limited actress she is if she can only play one character her whole life.

Yeah, it kinda sucks that their breakup got reduced to "We were on a break!" because it totally makes everyone forget what an absolute dick he was to her before she asked for the break.

Rachel was my favorite and I will always like Jennifer, because of Friends and I always enjoy her movies. Joey was my second favorite.

her films DO make money, that's a common misconception about her. her films make a profit 99% of the time. sure, she's had bombs, but everyone in hollywood has.

But that wasn't really a 'jen aniston' film where she was the main star, would you say? More of an ensemble cast? She was a supporting role. I have to say it was one of the best things I've seen her in.

He's a solid screenwriter (did the screenplays for Tropic Thunder and Iron Man 2). I was surprised to see him wanting to venture in front of the camera.
