Kingdom Hearts, Final Fantasy Hit 3DS in July

Square Enix has announced Western release dates for upcoming Nintendo 3DS games Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance and Theatrhythm Final Fantasy.

Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance will be released in North America on July 31st. Dream Drop Distance allows fans to play as both Sora and Riku, switching between them and battling using the Drop Gauge

Recently confirmed for release outside of Japan, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy will hit North American store shelves the same month, on July 3rd. Theatrhythm blends turn-based combat with rhythm gameplay and music from various Final Fantasy titles. According to Square Enix, over 70 different songs will be included in the game.

Release dates for Europe have yet to be revealed, though both titles have been announced and are on the way. Previously, a European release date of July 27th for Kingdom Hearts leaked, but Square Enix has not officially confirmed it.
