26-year-old Hunter Moore is creator of revenge porn website IsAnyoneUp, that allows people to submit nude photos of celebrities & normal people.


The Village Voice has an excellent cover story about 26-year-old Hunter Moore, creator of the gross NSFW revenge porn site Is Anyone Up, which offers a venue for spurned lovers and hackers to dump people's private nude pictures, which he posts along with their full name and a screenshot of their Facebook profile.

"People are probably going to want to fucking kill me after I say this. But if you are quote-unquote being cyber-bullied, you should just fucking kill yourself."

"I do not want anybody to ever be hurt by my site-physically. I don't give a fuck about emotionally. Deal with it. Obviously, I'd get a ton of heat for it. Well as long as this is here.... this is probably tl;dr and no1care but I don't have anyone to talk to about this and I really need to get this off my chest. Had the worst one night stand in my life a couple days ago. It was fun at first but when we actually got to the sex bit, he basically pinned me down and treated me like a piece of meat. It hurt too. The day after I hung out with the guy's roommate, who's an old friend of mine. We were watching the season 2 premiere of GoT when he decided it was his turn and pinned me onto his bed for half an hour and tried to get me to have sex with him while I kept asking him to get off and stop. I dunno, maybe I'm making a big deal about it... sorry for the tl;dr.

You're not making a big deal out of it. You said, stop and THEY ARE AT FAULT. I can only tell you that talking about it, is better than mentally blocking it.

I don't know if the police can help, but I'd get someone either a counselor or someone who would know what to do. Personally, I want to punch the fuck out of your friend for thinking that shit is okay.

Uhm .. in both cases you were sexually assaulted.
If you told the first guy to stop at any point and he continued he raped you.

Go to the police. Guys don't just do this out of the blue - this is repeated behavior. I'm serious, go to the police and file a report against them at the very least.

Make sure you press the issue too as sometimes you won't be taken seriously when trying to file the report and I'm sorry about that.

No, you're not making a big deal out of it at all. They were both 100% in the wrong and none of it is your fault at all, so please don't think that or blame yourself. It's all on them and they know it. Definitely go to the police, though, and call a helpline to talk to about it. As someone who's been there, telling people about it was the best choice I made and going to the police is probably something you'd regret not doing more than you'd regret doing.

Again: None of it is your fault but if nothing else please contact a helpline. You don't have to handle this alone.

*shudders* I googled the website and honestly, it's fucking sick. I mainly looked at it because I have posted photos of myself (without my face in them) but I could be in their situation. What gets me is that anyone looking at these photos will instantly slut shame them and not the douchebaggy, infantile people who did it.

It takes an adult to grow the fuck up and walk away. These assholes who post intimate photos to get revenge on people, are a bunch of fucking babies and deserve ALONG WITH THIS ASSHOLE, to be placed in jail. To hide behind a law that was mostly made before people got smart, WTF??

If they get away with it, what's to stop some creepy ass motherfucker, to take it to the next level.

As much as I agree with everyone here that this dude is an asshole and he permanently needs to go away, but the bigger problem here is that there are people out there that think it's cool to get nudes and post them up for everyone to see. Until that problem is taken care of, you'll constantly have people out trying to make money from it.

The second part to that is to never send your nudes to anyone, and be careful with what pictures you have on your phone. Understand that people can take your phone, or you can leave it in a cab, with all of your information.

I think if more people are aware of these things, (how easily your nudes can be posted online) the less material that asshole of the year will have to contribute to the site.
