I agree, plus there are so many circumstances as to why someone may choose to get plastic surgery. Many people get plastic surgery because, say, they have boobs that differ more than a cup size or they broke their nose and it became crooked. Sure, they're technically cosmetic, but if you have to live with something like that I'm sure it can be emotionally traumatic. Plastic surgery isn't limited to size 0 girls who want DDDs.
