I've been really hating my job lately. Even though my shifts aren't long, I just feel so drained and shitty afterwards. And I always get the feeling that my managers think I'm a total idiot. I'd really like to leave : /
I'm wanting to take Canadian Studies but it sounds like a very loaded program and I'm not sure if I could handle doing essays from being out of practice.
If you're rolling in the dough by all means spend a lot of money just to have fun acting. It's worth it if you really love it. However, if it's really hard for you to shell out that much then you can find cheaper places in NYC.
Well I don't think money would be that much of a problem since my parents are paying. But I still don't spend lots of money on something when I could get kind of the same thing cheaper you know?
Do you know any of the cheaper places in New York?
I've been on a really strict diet for a month and lost a bunch of weight and now I have 10 days off of work and I am sooo happy to be relaxing, but I have a lot of plans to eat out and don't want to totally fuck up my ~momentum. However, tonight I am going to one of my fave places and I'm eating whatever I want tbqh. Omg dying for real Italian food so bad.
if you eat italian food just once, it won't kill you and make you gain all the weight back. what have you been eating/doing exercise wise to lose it? i cut out all sugar and carbs, it's been almost two weeks and i see no progress =\
I've barely been exercising at all, not proud of it. But I also stopped eating sugar and carbs altogether. I mainly eat whole grains. Brown rice evvvverything, not just the rice itself but brown rice pasta, rice cakes, crackers with hummus, etc. And veggies and grilled chicken. Just stick with it bb. You'll definitely see a change once a month has gone by. Two weeks isn't much. Really you'd only drop a lot of weight in that time if you had a lot of extra lbs on you, which I'm assuming you don't or else it would be melting off. Hang in there!
we're throwing a birthday party for my boyfriend tomorrow with both of our families and tbh I'm fucking exhausted from all the prepping and setting up. never ever again.
i have to attend an alcoholics/narcotics/dual-recovery/overeaters anonymous meeting for school before april 16. anyone have any idea what i should expect?
i've sat in on DRA meetings at the rehab where i'm doing my clinicals, but i wasn't sure about ones that are open to the public.

Which would you recommend? And is it worth spending like 5000 if acting not something you want as a career but loves it?
