SHE admits she was hesitant at first, but now she's an advocate.
January Jones has revealed the secret to her endless energy as a single mum...eating her own placenta.
The Man Men star admitted to People magazine that she staves off exhaustion with the help of placenta vitamins.
Jones - who gave birth to her son Xander in September - vouches for the unusual approach and insists all mums should try it.
"I have a great doula who makes sure I'm eating well, with vitamins and teas and with placenta capsulation," she said.
"Your placenta gets dehydrated and made into vitamins. It's something I was very hesitant about, but we're only the only mammals who don't ingest out own placentas.
"It's not witch-crafty or anything! I suggest it to all mums!"

My co-worker is a twin. I'm gonna ask her if she had a similar situation and see if she gives her sis trubbs about it. It kinda cracks me up.
