WonderCon fans "fringed out" at the mind-altering panel session featuring series stars Joshua Jackson, John Noble, Blair Brown and Seth Gabel and executive producers Jeff Pinkner and J.H. Wyman. Don't get my hopes up like that!

It's not guaranteed but we have a fucking chance.
I don't think my heart could take Fringe getting cancelled, even though I know it's likely. T_T
Firefly, Dollhouse, TSCC, Futurama, Arrested Development, etc. etc.
I just can't handle Fringe too.
Especially b/c IMO Fringe is the best show on TV people aren't watching and that is Fox's fault.
Moving it around to a bunch of different days especially when they put it on Thurs and expected it to do well. Too much competition. Then they moved it to Friday aka the black hole of tv? Especially for sci-fi.
Yes Friday worked wonders for TSCC and Dollhouse didn't it Fox?
I barely see any marketing for it anymore (unlike when it first started). And I live in LA, so I would fucking see it, trust. You can't escape advertizing here, and I've seen zilch.
whoa... I believe that was just a rant.
~I have a lot of feelings OK?
Although I have to say, FOX has actually been pretty good to the show. I know they've moved it around a bit, but sci-fi ratings always decrease a lot as the years go by and FOX totally could've cancelled it outright (like TSCC and DH), but they've stuck it on Fridays, renewed it once they stuck it on Fridays and have done some cool promos for it (the one in this post, the one when it first moved to Fridays where they joked about the death slot), so I can't completely fault them for this.
Fringe is a difficult show to follow at the best of times so it's not surprising people drift away. Who knows if it would've done better if it just stayed on Tuesdays, but hey, we're in S4 and that's one more season than I thought we'd get last year when it was moved to Fridays.
I also have a lot of feelings lmao.
I could be remembering wrong since it's been forever and a day now...
But when they moved Fringe to Thurs originally they said that they thought it could do well, and be Fox's ~thurs hit.
The ratings took a big drop on that move. At time there were already long running, popular shows in that time slot, and IMO that was the first nail in the coffin.
I'm not saying that all the ratings losses are from the moves because like you said, it can be hard to follow etc.
But I do think the significant drops in viewership was Fox's fault.
Fox didn't need to bring it back, and they have cool promos. But they could have done so much more.
Either way, I'm just happy it's still on my tv! I just want to put blame somewhere, lol.
