Just-released stills from upcoming ‘Mad Men’ season 5 premiere









Appointment TV is six days away. The nearly 18-month layoff from new episodes of “Mad Men,” ends Sunday, March 25, with the two-hour season 5 premiere, airing at 9 p.m. Sunday on AMC. I can’t wait to hear what comes out of Roger Sterling’s (John Slattery) mouth this season. And, I hope they’ll finally sufficiently address the baby Peggy (Elisabeth Moss) gave birth to in Season 1.

Series creator and writer Matt Weiner left even more plot strings hanging – Joan’s (Christina Hendricks) pregnancy; Don Draper’s (Jon Hamm) nuptials (did he or didn’t he?); the loss of the Lucky Strike account for the new Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce agency; Peggy’s interest in the counterculture; and can Betty Draper (January Jones) be happy in any marriage? Will sparks fly again between her and Don? The madness can’t get here fast enough.

In the meantime, enjoy these just-released photos from the first episode, “A Little Kiss.”

I'm ambivalent to Allison Brie and I really dislike her character on Community but I love Trudy. It's really weird.
