there's nothing wrong with kelly. She gets the job done, takes no bullshit, and asserts herself. She knows her position as a publicist and act that way. No one would say shit about her if she was a man.

I've heard terrible things about her from some people, mostly people who worked for her, or had a passing interaction with her. They say she's a total bitch, shuts people down in a minute and all that, doesn't tolerate bullshit. My dad worked with her at fashion week in NYC and had nothing but nice things to say about her, though, so I dunno.

The general gist of things that I've heard is that if you're her equal or higher up on the chain, she'll be nice(ish) to you. If you're below her though, whether you work for her or somebody else, she'll treat you like shit and will basically get annoyed if you don't think you should be treated like shit. She seems to be the kind of person who enjoys putting people down, gets agitated if they don't crumble and will keep going until they do.

My eldest sister worked for her a while back and never complained. Maybe it's because she knew what she was getting into working in that industry. Or she's made of stone.

I don't know, she was pretty awful in the makeover episode. I mean, admittedly, that ep doesn't bring out the best in a lot of the girls, but she was...special.

Maybe that's the case, but the girl already came off as a total cunt before this clip so I can see her being super condescending and rude to any type of criticism.
