I literally just got home from his London show tonight and it was incredible! The set is so much better irl than in videos and his new album is really good fun live :)

What happened was, I broke it back myself, and it gave me a really bad deviated septum, which means the wall that divides my nostrils was completely caved in and fucked up. So then after that, the bone grew back so incorrectly, it took away 90% of my nasal passage, basically. A septoplasty (to correct deviated septums) doesn't change the outside appearance of your nose. A lot of times, doctors will perform a rhino and septoplasty at the same time if you want a cosmetic change as well as a fix for breathing problems.
So tired of people using this tired ass excuse for a nose job, just own up to it.
My left nasal cavity was similarly deviated to the point of being nearly useless (i had to breathe out of my mouth) and my ENT was adamant that septoplasty will -never- change the outward appearance of the nose, only correct the internal structure.
