CW - Early renewal/cancellation buzz

According to some insider CW info (we get this every year):

Gossip Girl, America's Next Top Model,90210 and Vampire Diaries were told they are 100% safe and could receive early renewals for next season.

Supernatural is also considered relatively "safe", there are some issues with its age making it slightly less safe in the above shows, but it is much more likely to be renewed than cancelled and could also make an early renewal.

The CW on the other hand told producers of Hart of Dixie, Nikita, Ringer and surprisingly The Secret Circle that they are "on the bubble". Their fates will likely depend on how much the CW likes their pilots and how many new shows they are willing to pickup.

Nikita producers were told they may be given a decision early so they can write a series finale arc in the final episodes.

Will the network ever put Gossip Girl out of it's misery? I want Hart of Dixie to get renewed so bad, what shows do you guys want back?

well its network television you can get it free to air unlike cable which are premium channels like Showtime or HBO that cost extra bucks. at least thats my definition of cable tv ^^

shorter seasons + higher quality + lots of swearing and nudity ^^

i see, i guess i always thought it was kind of the bastard child of cable so not really one of the legit broadcast networks like NBC, CBS, ABC or FOX
