She does look really different. I'm going to start a rumour that she's a lookalike. The real Katie ran away in the latter stages of her pregnancy, and was replaced by someone who looks almost exactly the same.
Exactly! :) I'll support that and spread the cause because Xenu loves clones (see Stepford Wives and they (the Scientologists) will take over the world. It's the new world order of Scientology!!! Beware the wrath of Xenu.... did I throw in enough paranoid conspiracy theory junk? But, seriously, yo, this seems just as likely as anything else with this couple! LOL....
reliczwell hellooooo the baby had to feed on her soul — 8th-May-2006 10:00 am (UTC)
in order to enter into our world. they needed a pure untainted soul to seal the pact with the high overlords so toms demon seed could be unleashed on us all. soon the signs will be seen across the globe but it may be too late to end its reign of terror. not even an alien invasion will stop it from taking control of the world and then the universe.
Katie looks like she's either a) going on three hours of sleep in the last week (likely with a new munchkin) or b) drugged to high heaven (likely, with Tom Cruise). And I snort-laughed at the nursing bra oopsie.
This is just another attempt to show the world "I really did have a baby! If I didn't, I wouldn't be wearing this nursing bra" Wasn't L Ron Hubbard was against breast milk. He preferred some home brewed concoction - I just read it in the paper.
PS: My friend works with someone who worked on the Dawson's Creek set. She says that all the cast members were cool except Katie, who was very weird, and James Van der Beek.
GOD how i adored joshua jackson [still do]. if i was ever allowed near that set when i was in high school and the show was popular, i would have drugged and seduced him to high heaven. mmmmmmm.
I'm skeptical that she really is nursing. For a first-time mom, well, I think it's interesting that she's been in public twice without the baby and it's been less than three weeks since the birth.
My baby is five months old and we're still attached at the breast wherever we go.
Just commenting on the less than three weeks/nipple confusion issue. But I'm sure you're right about the nanny. And, obviously, Scientolgists might have different recommendations about breast-feeding. I just know what my lactation consultant, pediatrician, and OB told me. No bottle for quite a few weeks while you're trying to establish nursing connection.
I was just going to comment how relieved I am to see her with a nursing bra (and frankly? Shocked.) but true at that age it is very hard to get away for more than maybe an hour. To me it is not worth the trouble of pumping and nipple confusion... etc.
no offense, but the pictures of her supossed baby are worth a helluva lot for that first exclusive shot. so for the safety of the baby, i'm glad she doesn't go out with it.
They might have gone out for half an hour to dinner or something. They're waiting for Suri's big appearance, so they can get more media attention and make $$ off the photos.
She had a completely 'silent Scientology' birth and wasn't allowed to see the baby for a week...there's probably much more whacko stuff we don't know.
Yeah, what is weird about it is that the cup is down - when the bra is done up it shouldn't look really any different than a regular bra. Weird. Unless Tom was having some too?
Shes supposed to?
Yeah, yeah, she just gave birth.
Tell me something I don't know.
:(

:/
Well, if you can tell, he doesn't notice till the 3rd pic. He looked a little pissed off in #3.
You sure she just didn't mean their looks? They were two of the weirdest looking people I've ever seen.

......or....
Has anyone seen Meet The Fockers? I'd imagine Tom investing in something similar for the nanny to wear.

all part of the act.
