February 10, 2012: WE have no idea what is going on with R&B legend Whitney Houston . . . but it ain't good. Paparazzi snapped pics of her leaving the LA club TRU HOLLYWOOD last night, with Snoop's wife.

Whitney had a sliced wrist . . . and there was blood everywhere!!!

She does look a hot mess, but she also looks like she is flying higher than an eagle, if you catch my drift.

Sad to see this amazingly talented woman (who had one of the best voices of all time) fall so far.
