Israel Theme Tours to Offer Celebrity and Theme Vacation Experiences

Israel Theme Tours LLC, a newly launched tourism company that creates unique celebrity and theme-driven tour experiences of the Holy Land, has announced that their inaugural season will kick off this summer. With offices in Nashville and Toronto, the company is currently booking the 2012-2013 season which will include tours with a wide range of top entertainers.

Upcoming tours include the Elvis Presley Holy Land Tour with Elvis’ favorite Gospel artists, Backstreet Boys’ Howie D., Jaci Velasquez, Collin Raye, Stryper frontman Michael Sweet, current GRAMMY® nominee Jamie Grace and Rachael Lampa, worship leader Joel Weldon and many more to be announced. Several theme tours are also in development, including a Broadway Stars series, a Worship series with popular praise and worship artists, a Christmas-themed holiday tour and more.

TOUR ITINERARY
Day 1—Sunday, September 2
Departure from New York City to Tel Aviv aboard our EL AL Flight. We will meet in front of the EL AL ticket counter. Please do not continue to the gate area or go through security until you have checked in with an Israel Theme Tours staff member. You must be at the airport 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.

Day 2—Monday, September 3
Arrive in Israel. We will be met by our Israeli tour guide. Transfer to our hotel on the the beach in Tel Aviv. The afternoon is yours to enjoy. Swim in the Sea, walk along the beach or just relax! Then join us for a Welcome Dinner with HOWIE D! After dinner there will be a mandatory orientation meeting where we will be collecting the $120 tip fee. Dinner and overnight in Tel Aviv.

Day 3—Tuesday, September 4
Free day to enjoy the exotic and beautiful city of Tel Aviv! There will be a special evening event with HOWIE D at a local night club! Dinner and overnight in Tel Aviv.

Day 4—Wednesday, September 5
We start the day with a scenic drive to Caesarea: the ancient port city built by King Herod during the time of Jesus. HOWIE D will join the group at the 2000 year old theatre and ruins of the palace. From there we will head North to Mount Carmel to see the site where the Prophet Elijah defeated the false prophets of Baal. You will enjoy a spectacular view of the Valley of Armageddon! Our final stop will take us to Nazareth: there we will visit a recreated village from the First Century to experience life as Jesus knew it. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.

Day 5—Thursday, September 6
We head north towards the Golan Heights and continue to Caesarea Philippi to visit an ancient Pagan Temple. From there, we will visit the enormous and spectacular 1000 year old ruins of a Crusader castle known as Nimrod's Fortress. The bird's eye view of the Golan Heights will take your breath away. We will end the day with a stop at the famous Golan Winery for a tour and wine tasting hosted by HOWIE D. Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.

Day 6—Friday, September 7
We will board a boat and sail on the beautiful and historic Sea of Galilee, where HOWIE D will perform a private mini-concert for us. Then on to the Jesus Boat Museum to see the remains of a 2000 year old boat. You will also be given the chance to do some shopping. We continue by visiting the ancient ruins of Capernaum where Jesus established His ministry. Then we travel to the Mount of Beatitudes where Jesus delivered one of His most beloved sermons. We will drive to the top of Mount Arbel for a spectacular view of the Sea of Galilee as well learn about an epic battle between the Jewish Zealots and King Herod the Great. Tonight you will enjoy a beautiful Shabbat dinner (dress code is semi-formal). Dinner and overnight in Tiberias.

Day 7—Saturday, September 8
As we head South, we will stop at Israel's largest archaeological site, Beit Shean, where HOWIE D will join us for a tour of the breathtaking ruins! We will enjoy a cable card ride top the top of Masada, an ancient site of an epic battle between Jewish Zealots and the Romans. There is a spectacular view of the Dead Sea. You will be given an opportunity to float in the water, and enjoy a mud and mineral treatment on the beach. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 8—Sunday, September 9
We begin our day by going to the Mount of Olives for an unforgettable view of the Old City of Jerusalem. From there we walk down the path where Jesus rode the donkey into the Eastern Gate on Palm Sunday. We will have the opportunity to reflect on the last night of Jesus' earthly life with a visit to the Garden of Gethsemane. Then we visit the Western Wall: the only remaining section of Kind Herod's Temple area. HOWIE D will join us at the Western Wall for a group photo, and then we will all go underground to walk through the Western Wall Tunnels from the First Century. You will enjoy lunch and shopping at the famous Ben Yehuda Street market. Dinner and overnight in Jerusalem.

Day 9—Monday, September 10
Start the day with a walk on the ancient walls of Jerusalem! On to the Pools of Bethesda where one of Jesus' most memorable miracles took place. Then we visit the Church of the Holy Sepulchre; a site dedicated to the crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus! Farewell Dinner with HOWIE D at a restaurant in Abu Gosh. Evening departure from Ben Gurion Airport.

Day 10—Tuesday, September 11
Arrival in New York City.

Lol EVERYONE gets to go there. For free. Although there is a box with a shitload of donations inside from gullible tourists. It smells terrible in the room because of chemicals and the sign explaining its history drops all kinds of hints that it could be the boat of Jesus by saying it's from 'about 2000' years ago. It was probably just some random dude's boat.
