well.. I just had a conversation with a friend: she is dating so many guys and is never on her own yet nobody calls her a slut. other starlets dont get that special treatment

I think it's more because she's British cos Carey too jumped from Shia to Eddie to getting engaged to Mumford guy within like 6/7 months and she gets no blow back either. It's the perception of British actresses as being more ~classy.

i think its partially because she doesnt talk about her guys a lot and partially because her guys arent generally famous. since the guys arent famous, there arent any fangirls to talk shit about her?
