She posted that in her M.I.A persona firstly and secondly she was NOT raised in the UK and did not learn English until she was eleven. Also, she can write with some sort of sense.

The first thing thats important to me right now is my space, so I'm

My friend Kevin was born in the UK, lived in the UK all his life, but didn't learn to read/write in english until he was 12 (for whatever reason) so sometimes, his writing is so bad that it's impossible to understand - so even being a native english-speaker doesn't necessarily imply that what they write in english will come out perfect. Though, granted, I will chalk some of the mistakes up to just typing errors.
