Taylor Armstrong Filed For Divorce To Get Back On Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills!!!
Taylor finally decided to file for divorce from her then-husband, Russell, because executives at Bravo had implemented a ban prohibiting the couple from appearing on the hit show after Russell sent executives legal letters threatening to sue, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
The tension this season hit a fever pitch on Tuesday night, as the cast asked Taylor and Russell to leave a party, upon learning he threatened to sue Camille for her talk of his alleged abusive behavior toward Taylor.
But Camille wasn't the only recipient of letters threatening legal action from Russell.
"During filming of the show, as the season progressed, Russell started sending blistering letters and emails to Bravo and NBC Universal executives threatening lawsuits.
Russell was furious that Taylor had discussed their serious marital issues, including the fact that he hit her on multiple occasions, and that the fellow housewives were now talking about it on the show," an insider told RadarOnline.com.
"Russell would have had no legal leg to stand on because it was Taylor who was telling the girls this stuff.
Bravo and NBC decided that Russell and Taylor were more trouble than they were worth, and decided to end filming with them, as soon as it became apparent that Russell was going to continue down that path."
Viewers won't see Taylor on the show again until January 2, 2012. "The episode that will air on Monday night will show all of the girls except Taylor going to Hawaii. Taylor will call the girls, and tell them on speakerphone that she had decided to leave Russell," the spy said.
"Taylor decided to pursue the separation first, but then she thought to get back on the show, she would need to file for divorce, so that she could appear on the show again, if she promised executives that she was leaving him for good."
Taylor knew "for a very long time that she needed to leave Russell because of the verbal and physical abuse. Being taken off a show that she loved doing because of his actions was the catalyst that finally made her pull the trigger on her marriage.
Russell knew he was going to be exposed and was in full damage control mode. Ultimately, there was nothing he could do to stop it," the source said.

The fabulous Dwight Eubanks posed for the mugshot above after being stopped by Atlanta Police on December 14th.
The flamboyant Dwight, best known the for his stint as an “unofficial housewife” on the popular reality show, The Real Housewives of Atlanta was pulled over in a Chevy Tahoe on Freedom Parkway in Atlanta on a routine traffic stop.
Eubanks didn’t have a driver’s license on him and after the officer ran a check, he found that Dwight was driving on a suspended license.
He was then taken into custody and is awaiting a court date.
It’s been revealed that Dwight’s license had been suspended after he failed to appear in court on an unrelated matter. Hopefully his lawyer-friend Phaedra Parks can help him out!
Prior to leaving the show Eubanks hinted at moving on to pursue other endeavors.
"The reality show is what it is. We don't have to agree. They have gone through a whole season disagreeing. And agreeing is not reality. I like to move on," he said during an 2009 interview with BV Newswire. "Reality television don't pay no money. I had this life before ['Housewives'] came on, and I have four [mortgage] notes to pay. That's a lot, and I haven't ventured off to doing any new ventures lately," he added.

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice's husband Joe was indicted on Tuesday by a grand jury in the Garden State, charged with fraudulently obtaining a driver’s license in his brother's name, and RadarOnline.com has the details.
Joe, 40, was charged by a Passaic County grand jury with one count of impersonation and one count of wrongfully using identifying information of another, authorities said.
When his license was suspended, according to officials, Giudice used his brother Pietro’s marriage and birth certificates to obtain a driver’s license with his picture -- but his brother’s info -- at the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission.
Prosecutors said the ruse was uncovered when Pietro Giudice was pulled over in March on a routine traffic stop, and Joe's picture came up.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Joe's family fronted $50,000 bail the day he was arrested and he was released and driven to the Poconos where Teresa had a book signing.
If convicted on both counts, he could face more than 11 years in prison.
This is not the reality star’s first run-in with the law. He spent 10 days in jail last year for driving with a suspended license and was even detained by Dominican Republic Police in February for his part in a violent bar brawl.
Teresa did not discuss the news on her Twitter page Tuesday.

Sheree’s defense is that Phaedra volunteered to file a contempt motion on her behalf (didn’t she tell Phaedra NOT to file???), but Bob beat her to the punch two weeks later because Phaedra was waiting to get clearance for Bravo cameras.
“I never met with Phaedra outside of your cameras. So to me when I’m meeting with her, and I’m saying this is my life. Like even if the cameras are not there, what you’re supposed to do, I still need you to do it,” said Sheree.
Sheree also talked about Phaedra’s employees hounding her to get the retainer. “I love Phaedra. I didn’t want to end it in a bad way but it didn’t sit well with me when it kind of made it seem like they were hounding me, asking me, trying to get this money when that is not the case.
When Phaedra asked me for the money, it was the day before… She had her people call me… I get a phone call. They’re like we need the money. I never got a contract. I never got any kind of paper work,” said Sheree.
“The money part came in after Bob filed because it takes it to a whole other level. Before it was something very simple when she volunteered to file the contempt but she never did it because the cameras couldn’t get to her in time,” continued Sheree.
Sheree adds that by the time they went to court a month later, Phaedra had still yet to file anything. “The only time Phaedra and I met off camera was with another attorney who is a family attorney who was actually coaching her on how to handle my case,” added Sheree.

Monty Brinson, Kim's ex-husband and still her best friend, talks to Life & Style about his former wife's decision to get help and says the 47-year-old mom of three is the happiest she's been in a while.
"Kim wasn't happy with her life," Monty tells the new issue of Life & Style, on newsstands Wednesday.
"She wanted to seek help so she could get better for herself, her children and her family."
Monty says the decision came just after the suicide of Russell, the then-estranged husband of Kim's Real Housewives castmate Taylor. After Russell killed himself, "all the castmates realized just how precious life is," Monty tells Life & Style.
"It was a wake-up call for Kim."
And Monty is convinced that this latest stint in rehab will work for Kim because this is the first time she's taking full responsibility for her actions and her addiction. Now halfway through her treatment, "Kim's the happiest she's been in a very long time," Monty shares. "She's ready to start a new life when she gets out."

The 27-year-old actor -- had a few special visitors to the Atlanta set of his upcoming film, Neighborhood Watch, this week as an early birthday present: The Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Hanging out with Hill, whose actual birthday is Tuesday, were Phaedra Parks, Cynthia Bailey, Peter Thomas and Derek J.

On the most recent episode of Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kim and her ever-expanding family moved into a new 17,000 square-foot house and our jaws dropped to floor.
Kim’s new mansion is nothing short of gorgeous, but as she alluded to on Sunday’s episode, the massive house doesn’t belong to her.
In fact, the house belongs to Kendra, Kim’s interior decorator.
As it turns out, Kim and hubby Kroy are simply renting the $3.25 million stunner.
Now, before anyone starts talking about any rumored financial troubles, it’s important to note that Kroy’s contract with the Atlanta Falcons is up next year and he could easily be traded to another team outside of Atlanta.
In other words, it actually makes sense that Kim and Kroy are renting their house, because if they have to move in a few months they won’t need to worry about selling it.
