Timberlake Says Gosling Embellished Couch Story
Inquiring minds and fans of Ryan Gosling want to know -- what was it like back in the days of The Mickey Mouse Club?
I don't know why, but I'm infatuated with gathering as many details as possible about how Gosling even connected with Mickey Mouse Club.Naturally, I thank my lucky stars that he got his break on MMC though.
From time to time, we get a little tidbit about what the scene was like for Timberlake and Gosling, and it's mostly just cutesy kid stuff.
They were, like, 11 years old when they did MMC!
In the GQ Men of the Year interview with Timberlake and Jimmy Fallon, we get a little more insight into what went down during their Disney years, in an exchange between JT and Fallon.

Timberlake: The first job I ever had when I was ten was on a television show, and that show was the same format as SNL, it's just that the writers were writing for kids.
GQ: The Mickey Mouse Club, right?
Timberlake: Yes. That's what it was called.
Fallon: Dude, I was just talking to [Ryan] Gosling about that. Did Gosling really live on your couch when he was a kid?
Timberlake: So he tried to make it seem like he was bohemian even back then?
Fallon: Definitely, man. He said he was struggling and you helped him out.
Timberlake: Ryan's mom had to stay back in Canada and my mom was his guardian for a year so he could come down and be on the show. But Gosling got his own bed. He didn't sleep on the couch. He said that?
Fallon: It's a better story!
Justin Timberlake: I'm picturing a ten-year-old Gosling bumming Marlboro Reds off some bum, growing hipster facial hair ...
Turns out, life wasn't so rough for Gosling, but you can't blame a guy for trying to make his Disney days just a little more gritty.

Justin Timberlake is clearly jealous of Ryan Gosling's acting career,LBR. Justin is always name dropping Ryan in interviews trying absorb some of that acting cred that Ryan has by constantly associating himself with him.

I think Ryan can act but whenever people start gushing about how hottttttttt they are, I just think, beauty is in the eye of the beholder cause I sure as fuck don't get it.

I like Ryan but you can tell he often exaggerates his stories (to get a reaction). There's nothing wrong with that but there's nothing wrong with Justin teasing him about that either.
But when some ONTDers are on someone's dick, they don't let go until the last drop so I'm not surprised.
