Bobby Brown Says New Edition Reunited With the Help of God

*Now seasoned music industry vet Bobby Brown blames the 1980s break up of New Edition on his lack of God a the time.

After leaving the group to begin his solo career in 1987, the singer attempted to bring the group back together but failed miserably.

But this time around he’s ready to make it work. In an interview with Sister 2 Sister Magazine, the singer admitted bringing the fellas back together means bringing God into the picture.

“We’re putting [New Edition] back together. I think the thing that was missing with us was prayer – us being able to pray together and understand our differences.”
