This is fairly accurate. Nothing against dude, but Roth's lyrical ability was a little underrated. Wheras with Mac I feel like people like him cause he looks like the average young dude now and sells a lifestyle.
Yeah, Mac embodies the whole frat rap "movement" going on rn. Even though that's kinda how Asher started off, he cleaned up real nice but still showed potential. Mac is just a corny act. I don't know a lot of people who fuck with him.

I feel like most of the kids ride with these dudes not cause of the talent but cause of the look. Like it was strange as fuck that Wale had such a big debut given his more hyped first album flopped but this one did better. Then you remember he's a sneakerhead. Same deal with Mac, he just push enough shit out regardless of quality.
I ask myself that all the time. Once a few kids start listening to him, everyone does it to be cool. And they all dress like him too, it's really annoying.
