I think they are. Look at the ones of her from the side, those things sag. She wears A LOT of padding in her bra and she uses bronzer to make it look like they sit higher than they actually do.

Yes! In some of the photos where she is wearing a white bikini top it's so obvious she's wearing a padded bra that is way too big, cuz there is a huge gap between her body & the bra. The gap was so large a hand or two could fit between her bra & her body.
