The episode of Will and Grace with Matt Damon was just on, and in it he says that he's in a long term relationship with his high school boyfriend, Ben. It makes me giggle

lol i moved the fuck out at 18 and have never had a roommate, it was hard as hell paying everything with no help but i was determined to have my own place

it's still hard, but not as bad as it first was since i learned some good money habits and do other stuff for extra cash

I got really lucky for my first year away from home and at university. my roommate and I are super alike and it's a lot of fun. I was so worried that I'd be paired up with someone crazy though.

i have a housemate now and i kinda hate him. i work 12 hour days and when i come home, the last thing i want to do is talk. but he always knocks on my door and tries to rehash his boring ass day -- down to what he ate, where he ate it, and how much it cost -- for 20 minutes. i always end up just sorta closing the door on his face rudely, but he doesn't really get it :/
i guess he really wants to be friends with me, but he's an awkward english phd student
