Kanye West and Ciara attend Irreverent Dinner

Kanye West and Ciara, among others, showed up for Vogue Paris editor Carine Roitfeld's Irreverent Dinner held during Paris' Fashion Week.Apparently Halloween themed, Ci Ci arrived with Givenchy designer Riccardo Tisci dressed as one of the bloodsucking members of the undead. Kanye showed up as, well, Kanye. Others in attendance included Uma Thurman, Karl Lagerfeld and Diane von Furstenberg.

I don't see it as being treated differently. There's an Asian and Latino tag so if people want to scroll through about stories on them then why can't there be a black celebrities tag for that same reason? It's just to make things more convenient for people.
