As the rumors have said, Catwoman in Christopher Nolan's The Dark Knight Rises is wearing cat ears and a cowl. Pictures also include Gary Oldman as Gordon and Christian Bale as Batman.

lol gurl I was going to say characters like Storm are fine because bitch can fly and she's all "U MAD?" when she kicks ass but I totally agree. it doesn't make fucking sense

and it annoys me even more on shows like Buffy where Buffy is wearing heels but her stunt double is obviously wearing flats. like....just give Buffy flats for fuck's sake. she's not dumb enough to go vamp hunting in heels!

flat boots appear. you can be stylish AND be able to run around. Only female hero i know of that wear flats or flat boots is Black Canary. sometimes depending on the writer.

Not a superhero as such but Max from Dark Angel always wore flat boots.

LOL,thanks for pointing this out. I can't see how this character or any character can fight or be stealthy etc in 3 inch heels! Especially Catwoman who is suppose to be a thief. You can't leap or sneak around on those in real life with out breaking both ankles or making alot of noise. I really thought Nolan would be different and sensible but I see he's just as tied to formula as anyone else.
