She wears wigs tbqh, the afro she was famous for all these years was a wig, also in the video Window Seat her is covered but you can see it is short and last year at Lollapalooza she debuted a straight blonde mohawk hairstyle. Anyways either way her hair is fly.
That's pretty cool. I could see that as a route she would take. I've always wanted to deliver babies as a profession, but then I failed at chemistry in HS and Bio was damn near impossible in college so that killed my medical dreams lol.

The role of a doula and the roles of the other people you mention shouldn't overlap; further, they're there to support the new family, not just the delivering parent.
I think you'd find your answer if you looked into doula services. A partner can hold hands, give a shoulder rub, fetch things while a doula knows which herbs can make a birth plan, hasten labour, can massage a baby into position, stay calm, help the baby latch on, etc.
