By this logic, how is someone like Kim Kardashian or Paris Hilton more worthy to be on this list than Chris Brown? Brown being good at what he does is subjective, and he is/was a damn sight more harmful to Rihanna than the examples I gave are to anyone.

when you say that, you're subtlety saying that what he did is excusable just because of his talent.. and it will enrage any woman who may has been in a domestic altercation, or knows somebody who has been - which is a lot more common than you think

it's still glorifying somebody who will always be known as the guy who /beat the shit/ out of a woman's face. that will always be there in the back of your head - for most people anyway.

MTE. My friend thinks Britney is a terrible person and has despised her and her music ever since her breakdown, yet totally loves Chris and doesn't see anything wrong with the stuff he's done. I don't get it.

Not defending him but this is a "most unwanted" list. For better or worse, he's in demand (i.e. "wanted") by a lot of singers/musicians for collaborations. If this is a survey of the general public, maybe the fact he's worked with Bieber and Joe Jonas has made members of those fandoms overlook his faults ("if Justin is willing to work with him, Chris can't be too bad").
