Even though the wizard franchise is over for Daniel Radcliffe, Harry Potter fans still bombard him with the weirdest things. "I've been handed some very strange things," the actor told Access Hollywood, according to the Digital Spy. "I've been given an Etch-a-Sketch, which was kind of awesome. That was a present from a fan I'd never been given before. And I got told that I smelled good by three people last night."
Apparently, Radcliffe has had this effect on fans since the first Harry Potter film. Back in 2002 during his first visit to Japan to promote the movie, he even made a girl faint unintentionally. Brings a new meaning to "drop-dead gorgeous," no?
"I bumped into this girl in the corridor, and said, 'Oh, I'm sorry.' And, boom! [She] just fainted immediately," the 22-year-old said.
Radcliffe didn't only drive the girls crazy, though. The whole airport was in pandemonium when they arrived. "There 5,000 people screaming and waiting at arrivals... If I walk down the street there, there is just this kind of snowballing of people," said the Londoner. For Daniel Radcliffe, Harry Potter is a thing of the past, but his fans will always remember as the lovable wizard with the scar shaped like a lightning bolt. That in itself guarantees him at least six more Etch-a-Sketches.
