I was wondering why my article about Ellen Page made so many hits until I got an answer: Oh No They Didn’t!
‘Oh No They Didn’t’ is a Livejournal community dedicated to gossip. ONTD’s credo is: “The celebrities are disposable. The gossip is priceless”. As I already said V-Generations.com was never supposed to be about gossip like ONTD. Therefore we have a different readership.
In my best times V-Generations.com reached probably 250 readers in a month. Now I have 26.000+ readers within 2 days. Why? Hollywood gossip. Some say that I am a sad individual for exposing Ellen Page and maybe they are right, but do you want to know what’s really sad? It is sad that a story about the famine in Somalia hardly interests anyone while the outing of an actor causes a conscious meltdown for many.
Here are some hard-hitting truths for ONTD readers: Santa Clause doesn’t exist, Pop musicians don’t write their own songs, Reality-TV isn’t really ‘real’ and Hollywood actors are not the do-gooders they pretend to be.
Expect more revelations about your favorite stars. ONTD, are you already “shaking and crying”?
