It's going to be hard since people are going to be blasting her music non-stop, as well they should. I remember everyone was playing Michael Jackson's music when he died, and I was fine until one day "Maria" came on while I was sitting in the car with my mother. We both burst into tears at the same time. I'm thinking "Wake Up Alone" will have the same effect.

no offense to kelly, but this always happens when random people die. there is this rush of people who claim to have been so close to the deceased. No one can say anything bc you'll be accused of being heartless or whatever so people just keep silent but still side-eye the alleged "close relationship".

Amy was one of her best friends, yes. She even helped Amy go to rehab a long time ago and was always there for her and defended her countless times. I can't even imagine what she and Amy's other closest friends are feeling, not to mention family. :\
