As I've not stopped telling people since it happened: I WAS THERE TOO. CRIED, FELL IN LOVE WITH JO & THE TRIO ALL OVER AGAIN.

This will never end in my heart. Ever. Not since Jo told me how sweet my Please/Thank you was. And not since Emma started everyone off crying with her speech, and Rupert made it worse when his voice cracked. Jo, Queen Jo, goddess. If she nbever writes another book she has done more with thisone series than any other modern writer. Fact!

The film is getting good reviews even from ignoramouses who clearly understand nothing about the HP world. My only gripe? The film is too short.

tbh I don't really want another one. It would be a bit too much. I'm happy in my little headspace making up my own future for these characters. I think that's why I'm so attached--the books, the films etc happened literally as I grew up. Oh god I'm babbling I'm an emotional wreck

I'm glad the speeches were going around because I tried to watch the livestream after it happened and they just started to show clips so I had to shut it off. I don't want to see anything but the trailer!

He is basically being yanked out of his musical for 5 days while everyone else has been doing press junkets and promoting. It's probably hard to connect that quickly

yeah he didn't seem to be as emotional, but considering how he has always been the most openly gracious of the three there's really no reason to think he's ready for it to be over. i think it's the others' turn to be emotional for once. plus he was probably so exhausted, he's been doing his musical and he literally came to london right after a show, i think.

I didn't get that he was over it, more that he was a little bit overwhelmed. And probably jetlagged.
