THE WALKING DEAD CREATOR ROBERT KIRKMAN GIVES A TOUR OF THE SEASON 2 SET


Season 2 of "THE WALKING DEAD" is now in production in Atlanta. Robert Kirkman (who wrote the graphic novel series and executive produces the show) says he's not doing much on set, so he decided to give viewers a quick tour of the set. Watch the video below to see the old RV, "white space tubes," guns and - of course - zombies.

Series showrunner Frank Darabont returns with Glen Mazzara serving as writing executive producer. The cast includes Andrew Lincoln, Jon Bernthal, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Jeffrey DeMunn, Steven Yeun and Chandler Riggs, along with new additions Scott Wilson and Lauren Cohan (below).
The high anticipated second season of the hit show will shamble its way back onto AMC in October with thirteen new episodes.



Can't wait until season 2 premieres in October!!!!!

i've always wondered how extras are hired. i mean like is it standard process ie. they also audition for the extras or do the crew go on site and just ask random people if they want to be a zombie for a day?

I met Norman last month at a comic convention and he was THE nicest guy ever! For some reason I thought he'd be a douche, but I'm an even bigger fan of his now. I still hate his character on the show, though LOL

I think I've watched my series 1 DVD 12 times already, and have read the graphic novels constantly in anticipation for the new series. SO EXCITED!

highlight * in my opinion i think this season will end with shane's death and season 3 will revolve around the prison and the governor with lori and the baby's death as the finale. the whole carl's face getting blown off wouldn't be until a lot later...it'll be interesting to see what they do about the actor playing carl getting older because he's only gotten a year older in the comics.*
