There's about 2-4 targets in Brooklyn, and one of the Atlantic stop like 15 min from midtown.

yeah it's in east harlem. not really the most convenient of locations, transportation wise.

I went to that Target on the subway last time I visited NYC and it was pretty easy. I'm used to the suburban Targets that are a 45-minute bus ride from any city, if you can get there on public transpo at all.

There isn't, there is one in the Bronx in a newly built mall development that is located right off the 145th Street bridge--but it is not in Harlem. It's close though.
