After famously riffing on Bristol Palin's weight last year, Kathy Griffin is back for round two.

This time, the comedienne is poking fun of Palin for her new surgically-enhanced face on her upcoming Bravo special, "Gurrl Down," which premieres next Thursday.

"So Bristol Palin has this brand new chin, and I swear to God she looks like Jay Leno," jokes Griffin, as the crowd roars with laughter. "It's like she took a picture of Jay Leno, went to the dentist and said, 'Can I have this?'"

Then, the redhead reads aloud Palin's statement regarding her new look, which she claimed was merely corrective jaw surgery for a medical issue.

"No, that's true because when I had my first face lift it was because I was fighting scurvy," says Griffin, who then takes a dramatic pause. "And when I had my eye job it was because I had rickets."

Last year on VH1's "Divas Salute" special, Griffin joked that Sarah Palin's daughter was "the only contestant in the history of ['Dancing With the Stars'] to actually gain weight."

When the audience of servicemen and women booed, she continued. "No, come on, come on. She gained like 30 pounds in a week, I swear to God, it was fantastic. She's like the white Precious."

Palin responded that the boos "spoke volumes" about the "comedian," adding, "I hope people didn't have to pay money to hear her negativity and criticisms."

Wonder what she'll have to say this time.
