Blake Lively touched upon the recent Internet speculations about her personal life (i.e. the photos that surfaced of which her rep says are “100% fake” and rumors that she’s dating Leonardo DiCaprio).

When asked by TODAY show reporter Natalie Morales how she deals with the tabloid reports on the web, the actress responded,

“You know getting into this business, [it's] what comes into it. You do it for the art, for the wonderful work that we get to do and otherwise, you keep your head down, you keep to yourself.”


The Gossip Girl stars alongside newly single Ryan Reynolds in the Green Lantern, hitting theaters June 17, and said what she likes about her character Carol Ferris is that she gets to keep Ryan “in line.”


“Having someone like Ryan, you’re hard pressed to find someone whose as witty and more charming then him.”

Hun, nothing needs to be figured out - overtime I've just come to dislike her a lot more, that's all. For a while I liked her positive and friendly demure but meh.

Well I mean, its not like she's been winning awards for acting. Her roles have all been supporting characters which she has played well enough with some positive feedbacks. Not to mention, she's been working quite hard to get a variety of roles.

Blake is ambitious which is not a bad thing and I do agree she isn't particularly the best actress in her age group. However, I don't think her entire career has been based on her being just tits and legs.
