Miley’s new tattoo has finally been revealed. Miley got this tattoo last Sunday in Sao Paulo.
The tattoo is of an anchor and Miley got it tattooed to always remember to stay grounded.
FYI: Everyone's bashing the girl but she got it after crying her eyes out on stage at one of her Gypsy heart shows. It clearly means something to her.
