On March 5, country music star Blake Shelton scored his eighth No. 1 hit on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart for his cover of "Who Are You When I'm Not Looking."
Tonight, however, people were looking when a tweet from his personal, verified account appeared to advocate anti-LGBT violence.
The tweet -- which claims to be a "re-writ[e]" of Shania Twain's "Any Man of Mine" -- states that if a man "tries Touching my behind He's gonna be a beaten, bleedin', heaving kind of guy..."
Shelton currently also is a "vocal coach" on the NBC show The Voice. The other coaches include Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine and Cee Lo Green.

Theres really no need to paint him as someone who hates all gay people just because of a tweet. Typical behavior from a community which constantly acts like a victim.

no one should grab anyone's ass unless invited, gay, straight, whatever

A: violence against women
B: sexual harassment
C1: men can't be harassed
C2: violence is never the answer
