My dad's 68 and has no major wrinkles or sagging going on in his face. It's not a given that you're going to get so wrinkly and saggy as to make your tattoos terrible.

Both my parents are in their sixties and often get mistaken for younger, so I really don't get the 65 comment. It's a bit young nowadays. Also, considering what his tattoos are of, he might look even cooler when they're older.
