Mel Gibson Almost Calls the Cops on Oksana



Mel Gibson almost called the cops on Oksana Grigorieva today because she would not turn baby Lucia over per the custody agreement ... TMZ has learned.

According to our sources, Mel's nanny arrived at the scheduled time of 10:00 AM to pick up the baby for her overnight visit, but Oksana would not answer the door.

We're told as the stand-off continued, things got heated and Mel -- who was not at Oksana's place -- was one step away from calling the cops. At noon, Oksana finally released the baby to the nanny.

Sources connected with Oksana tell this story -- Lucia was returned late by Mel's nanny earlier in the week so this was a pre-arranged make-good.

As we first reported, Mel's lawyers will ask Judge Scott Gordon on Monday to strip Oksana of custody and overnights, and give her supervised visitation.

Should be interesting ...

It is extremely difficult to revoke visitation rights altogether even when there's abuse. Abuse it hard to prove without physical symptoms (probably why she recorded all those phone calls) and usually at best an abuser will get supervised visitation. After that, he'd probably have to act up in front of a supervisor (if he's a sociopath he'll find it easier to behave in front of an authority figure but with his past behavior, calling a cop sugartits and all it'll probably go down that road and he'll probably do it eventually) to get all visitation revoked.
It took my mom 3 years to get visitation revoked for my father and two younger sisters. Came down to him violating someone else's order of protection or something in front of witnesses before the judge said it was up to the kids.

They never fucking do. I had a huge argument with my Mom today that I would have been better off adopted into another fam, not living with a 17 year old mother and drunk father. She told me I was ungrateful and that as a 22 year, I shouldn't be talking like that. lol Parents like those never change.
