David was at "Beacher's Madhouse" on Saturday night to celebrate the birthdays of "90210" stars Shenae Grimes and Jessica Stroup.

Arquette hit the stage with a bottle of champagne ... where a little person with pasties made the newly-minted bachelor forget all his troubles.

I love him. The Howard Stern interview made me so sad! I can't believe how honest he was and how heartbroken and totally lost he seemed. I hope they get back together.

I agree. Some people thought he sounded drunk, but he just struck me as being very emotional. It doesn't sound like Courtney wants to salvage the marriage, though. I'm sad for him and Coco.
