Lindsay Admits She Saw Stroller She Hit With Car

A photographer on the scene says Lindsay not only saw the stroller, she admitted to hitting it!

It looks like Lindsay Lohan may be in hot water, yet again, after a photographer has come forward and said the starlet admitted to hitting a baby and their stroller on Sept. 1! Austin Visschedyk told Radar Online that Lindsay said to him following the accident, “Well, I saw them, but they didn’t move out of the way.” She is still out of control!

Lindsay was out in her new Maserati when the incident happened, going between 10 – 15 miles an hour according to a bystander. The impace of the accident caused the stroller to almost tip over and scared nearby witnesses.

It is unsure what will happen next with Lindsay but maybe she should just learn and stay home as much as possible or put some of the money she keeps blowing on Red Bull and hair extensions towards a driver!

when I went for my test, the person before me was this 86-year-old guy who had gotten his license revoked. He just wanted it back so he could go grocery shopping. LOL

When he passed, I was like "Shhhhhit.... I better not fail now!"

omg I was there renewing mine after I turned 21 and this old guy was getting his picture taken for his license. He was stumbling around and not even listening to the directions on where to stand, etc. He had to be, like, guided to the photo-screen-thing. OH YEAH HE SHOULD HAVE A LICENSE.

i don't mean to scare you but you have to be prepared for the fact that some people who work at the DMV are total pricks. i went in and took the test when i was nineteen and the woman i got was apparently the cunt of the office. we pulled out of the lot and pretty much immediately back in because she apparently didn't like the way i was handling the wheel. waste of my money and my time i was so pissed off and now i'm scared to take the test again and it's been three years. :|

I took my test at the nearby armory (because up until recently, state police supervised the driving portion - which actually makes it scarier). There were two police officers who manned the test: an easy-going guy and a hard-ass. The easy-going guy passed the lughead before me who forgot to put the car in park when he finished the test and got out of the car.

Granted, that dumbass then got into a car accident while driving illegally (aka with all his friends in the car - something you can't do for the first 6 months in Massachusetts), so maybe it's not the best thing to have such laid back test givers.

ifkr. I took the written test two days after I turned 18 and I got 8 wrong, but they thought I was still 17 so they were like "okay you passed. wait, you're 18? you can only miss 6". I was like FUHHHHHHHH I HAVEN'T CHANGED THAT MUCH IN TWO DAYS. and that was two years ago and i've been scared to take the test again ever since lol :(
