Comparing her to Janet makes more sense, just on her performing skills though...when I saw Ciara live (I've seen Janet live too) I was reminded of Miss Jackson.

Ummm...I've seen Ciara live, and she sucked ass. She lip-sync'd 95% of the time and when she actually "sang", she just kept saying "oh, oh, come on y'all, oh" thats not singing.

Beyonce was actually trained to dance AND sing live at the same time.
