I was so pissed off when I heard Depeche Mode beats in Dance in the Dark. That was not random 80s-British-Synthopop, that was straight up Strangelove. Unfortunately, though, it's most likely the stupid record companies that probably own majority rights of their catalog that allow the use of the songs. Anything for the $$ :/

it doesnt copy ANY of them
just because the beat is done in a similar style to ace of base, ace of base were not the first and not the last to use that sort of sound.

Unless there is a direct clip that has been cut/sampled none of it is true.

I really wish people weren't so tonedeaf.
But then again with britney and xtina fans running rampant on ONTD, what can I expect.
