Megan Fox was spotted making her way out of a Beverly Hills clinic this morning (July 21) covering the lower portion of her face with a wallet.

Did the stunning actress happen to get her lips done…again?

As she made her way back to her car, Megan could be seen carrying a bundle of plastic packages under her arm. Antibiotics perhaps?

Megan might be getting some improvements done for her rumoured up coming music video shoot with Eminem.

The rapper will be shooting his latest music video for the hit duet song with Rihanna, Love the Way You Lie

lol i think the little photoshopping they did on the magazine makes her look BETTER than the real pictures. they smoothed out her skin and stuff.
