Ready to get back to the States, Lady GaGa was spotted arriving to Heathrow Airport in London, England on Friday (June 25).

The "Poker Face" singer had much less trouble than when she took a spill while arriving earlier in the week, as she sashayed through the terminal in a red jacket, white bra and matching skirt ahead of her outbound flight to New york City.

Also, OT, but does anyone else tip the busboys? Whenever I'm out for a meal, I also feel bad that they get paid even less than waiters/waitresses and they don't even get tipped by the customers, so I end up tipping them too... Is that totally ridiculous? :/

in most corporate restaurants servers are required to tip the bussers and bartenders so you don't need to do that.

in most restaurants busboys, to-go, and bartenders get a portion of the servers tips for the night, so i always just tip my servers well and keep in mind that they might have to tip-out at the end of the night.

my ex-bf was a busboy at the same restaurant where i served and some nights he ended up making more money than i did because he got a cut of everyone's tips. even if we got jipped on a table, we had to tip-out based on our sales, not how much we made in tips. plus, he made more hourly than i did.

Lol I've never been anywhere where the waiters didn't do the busing as well. To be honest, busboys just strike me as a way of the restaurant being too cheap to just hire an extra waiter or two and spread the ones they've got out thinner.

Usually tips go into a pool in the back, and they get divided up, so the busboys get some too.

when i was a waitress we never gave them tips because they got paid like 7.50 an hour. sorry if i'm making 2.65 and hour, all my tips are mine.

They get paid average wages for a non-specialized job. It's not like they make "pennies" like waiters, who have to bust ass to get decent pay.

I've worked in restaurants and I can tell you that they get paid well for the work they do, and they often get tips anyway.
