Ready or not, Jersey Shore’s muscle-bound “guido” is moving in on the music market. Hey, it worked for William Hung! Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino — who masqueraded as a personal trainer and a Florida waiter in former life — is making a career change. This time to the wonderful world of hip-hop.
You heard right, The Situation is captializing on his newfound fame as a reality star by assaulting our eardrums with a techno-infused club banger he hopes will heat up the dancefloor this summer. On Monday, the goss-gawkers at TMZ debuted this clip from the MTV star’s debut song “The Situation,” on which he collaborates with Grammy-winning hypeman Fatman Scoop, DJ Class, and The Disco Fries.
The phrase “Hot Mess” springs to mind, but we’ll leave the critiquing to you.
The Stitch’s club anthem hits iTunes next week. And don’t forget to mark your calendars
and break out your bronzer, the second season of Jersey Shore premieres July 29 @ 10PM on MTV.
