Electrik Red

Electrik Red is an R&B girl group comprising Kyndra "Binkie" Reevey, Lesley Lewis, Naomi Allen and Sarah Rosete. The members began their individual careers as back-up dancers in New York City and Toronto. The group formed in 2005 and signed with Def Jam Recordings in 2008. Their music is mainly written and produced by songwriter The-Dream and his production partner Tricky Stewart.

How are they doing in the charts: The album "How to Be a Lady: Volume 1" debuted at number 100 on the U.S. Billboard 200 chart, selling 5,000 copies in its first week. It ultimately spent one week on the chart despite positive critic reviews.

The Saturdays are a British/Irish girl group formed in London in 2007, consisting of Frankie Sandford, Mollie King, Vanessa White, Rochelle Wiseman and Una Healy. They made their recording debut in 2008 and recently released their second album "Wordshaker".

How are they doing in the charts: Their debut album, "Chasing Lights", produced four top 10 singles on the UK Singles Chart. Their second album ,Wordshaker, peaked at #9 on the UK Albums Chart, dropping to #40 a week later. Their best selling singles are 'Ego' and 'Up'.

The Paradiso Girls is a girl group and the brainchild of Jimmy Iovine's attempt to create a European spin-off to their predecessors, The Pussycat Dolls.

As of their inception in 2007 they were a septet, but in 2008 they became a quintet as Mariela, Sisely and Brittany departed from the group and new member, Chelsea joined; hailing from different countries; Chelsea Korka from United States, Aria Crescendo from France, Lauren Bennett from United Kingdom, Kelly Beckett from Barbados/United Kingdom, and Shar Mae Amor from the Philippines.

How are they doing in the charts: Their first single "Patron Tequila" peaked at #3 on the U.S. Billboard Hot Dance Club Play charts. The girls are currently working on their debut album.

The Atlantic Records executive who signed the girls, Mike Caren, wanted a name that separated them from the pack of female groups. So, after true diligence, the girls and camp came up with “Sophia Fresh” - a name to describe their Southern flavor and pristine sound.

RichGirl is an American R&B girl group consisting of 4 girls, Audra, Brave, Lyndriette and SeVen. The group was formed with the help of record producer Rich Harrison, and is managed by Tina Davis. The quartet is currently recording their self-titled debut album[1], which will be released sometime in 2010. The album's first single, "He Ain't wit Me Now (Tho)", was produced by Harrison.

How are they doing in the charts: Their debut single "24s", featuring Bun B, reached #83 on Billboard's Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart in 2009. Their second single, "He Ain't wit Me Now (Tho)", peaked #31 on the Billboard Hot Dance Club Play charts and #96 on the Billboard Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Songs charts.
