Well, ZL said in a recent interview that episode 11 (this episode) would be where Chuck and Sarah begin to come together and a critic over at televisionaryblog.com was advanced 4 of the most recent episodes and said developments in this episode could potentially change the rest of the season, as well as the series. The only hint he would give was that a sauna, a towel and a stiff breeze plays a pivotal role in the development.

I'm thinking something goes down while Chuck is in the towel and either Sarah sees him naked and has a strong reaction, prompting Chuck to ask her if she loves him (like we saw in the most recent commercials) or perhaps whatever he's reading there hints that Shaw is evil (I'M TELLING YOU HE IS!) and he tells Sarah. I don't know but I keep hearing these next few episodes are game-changing and since Schwartz said Chuck and Sarah would most certainly be together in Season 4 (and when these episodes were written/filmed Season 3 was only 13 episodes long), I'm thinking they'll be together within the next 3 to 4 episodes.

Plus, I heard they go on a date/stakeout in episode 13, I think? I read that over at Ausiello. :)
