Keanu Reeves braves the Northeast winter and goes out for a stroll in SoHo on Friday (February 5) in Manhattan.

Last week, it was announced that the 45-year-old Matrix actor will be working on a new sci-fi romance film with The Pursuit of Happyness director Gabriele Muccino, according to Variety.

The new film, called Passengers, is set in the future where Keanu plays a passenger who accidentally wakes up from cryogenic sleep 90 years ahead of schedule. Afraid to be alone, the passenger decides to wake up a beautiful woman.
