Monopoly owners Hasbro will be launching a circular version of the board game to celebrate the 75th anniversary of its creation the company has announced at this year's Toy Fair. The game, which stays the same when it comes to gameplay, will involve players moving around the board as if it were a roundabout rather than the traditional square set we've all come to know and love.
But it's not just a random move to give die-hard fans a reason to buy yet another version, it turns out one of the first concepts for the board game was circular according to Hasbro.
Not to be out done by the latest video games, however, the Monopoly board will do away with cash and the chance to raid the bank when no-one is looking. Players instead will be issued with a chip and pin credit card and a central console that plays banker. No fair.
Expect the new version to be in the shops later this year.

I love it anyway.
It can get crazy when people are super competitive, but usually everyone grows Over It and its obvious who will win.
So yea I can't recommend a game that no one ever really finishes
Can I ask how old you are?
CLUE is where it's at
Scrapple while high is amazing.
Its called Cluedo here in the UK :)
BATTLESHIP
However, doing away with math is ridiculous.
that is why i was always the banker when i was younger. i was a dirty cheat.
You could still steal from the bank then, too.
/Riveting tale, Chap!
i've never finished a game of monopoly though. i like to play it, but i get bored after the first 18 hours.
i always name my children
MTE
I enjoy the good old days~ w/ your family members stealing from the bank
idg the hate. love the game
my family hated playing that shit with me when i was younger because i dominated
Basically, I'm the one that never misses collecting rent and ultimately locks the board by not trading. :)
but I'm always one of the first ones to get bankrupt, lmfao.
